As President of Kenyon Hollis Partners, Inc. (“KHP”), Mr. Hollis coordinates and directs all client requirements for the company. Over the past 33 years, Mr. Hollis has had extensive experience in both lease and sales negotiations in various markets throughout the United States and internationally. Along the way, he has established himself as a skilled negotiator and an expert in transaction management.
Prior to forming KHP in 1990, Mr. Hollis specialized in commercial office leasing and sales for the Downtown San Diego office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services (now CBRE). Much of his work was in representing building owners in negotiating leases and sales, giving him a unique perspective on the “other side of the table.” It is this very insight and experience that Mr. Hollis can offer KHP’s clients, which will create added leverage and strength in their negotiating position.
Over his long career, Mr. Hollis has developed long-term relationships built upon trust, collaboration and results. He has established a reputation for providing the highest level of personal service, as evidenced by the number of repeat and referral business. Through his persistent and strategic negotiating style, he has successfully lowered real estate costs and occupancy risks while maximizing flexibility and productivity for his clients. Mr. Hollis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administrative Management from Clemson University in Clemson, SC. He is a licensed real estate broker in California.
